12:01 am	I'm... still on the fence. Well, lj_biz has finally spoken, complete with a new username. Seems they learned something - how to hide better. (Or at least show a united front.) And no, I could not resist being that asshole we all hate. I've recently found my inner child... if it was ever lost in the first place. First comment on the wank that destroyed LJ's fandom, FTW!! I MIGHT have had an ulterior motive, since it allowed me to make sure my response was on the first page. Be still, my ego. My response is here and here. Yes, it got long enough that I had to split it into two. Maybe not as well thought out as I'd like it to be, but I was afraid the comments were going to max out before I had a chance to sleep on it. (And at the rate they're going, it's looking like they are.) One thing I didn't add (and should have) is that it does look like they're making an effort to clarify things. I know they're trying, and they're getting closer than they have in past posts. But this one? I think they just killed a good chunk of their userbase. What am I seeing on my flist? The majority: Fandom looks ready to pick up and leave. At the very least, it's looking like they're ready to stop paying. Holy crap. So...
